File and Data Entry Clerk

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a transportation company in Mesa. This organization is in search of a fully onsite file and data entry clerk. This job has a schedule of Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm. This is a very entry level role, so someone who is looking to get out of retail or food service into an office job would be an excellent fit. The hourly pay is $17/hr.

Responsibilities:

  • Scan and digitize documents using scanning equipment and software.
  • Upload scanned documents into designated databases or file management systems.
  • Accurately enter data on payments received for various products into databases.
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data entry by reviewing and verifying information for completeness and correctness.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in file management, data entry, or related administrative roles preferred.
  • Must be able to pass a federal drug screening
  • Proficiency in using scanning equipment and document management software.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is a plus.
  • Must be able to work on-site in Mesa, Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm.
